The Calgary Horticultural Society has moved its online charitable donation portal to ATB Cares. A benefit to donors is not needing to wait for a tax receipt; it is issued automatically when the donation is made. While the donation portal is ATB Cares, the platform ATB uses is Benevity. The tax receipt is issued by Canadian Online Giving Foundation. To learn more, visit the ATB Cares Frequently Asked Questions page. Benevity issues a donation report each month for the Society to download each month. You can choose to donate anonymous or provide contact information. You can also add a note about how you would like your donation to be used.

If you would prefer to visit the office to make your donation in person, please call 403.287.3469 to arrange an appointment. Donation can also be accepted by telephone. When donating through the Society office, no admin fees are charged.

Calgary Horticultural Society is a member-based society and registered Canadian charity. The Calgary Horticultural Society was founded in 1908 and exists because of the generosity of members, individuals and corporations that believe in the Society’s mission. We receive our operating budget wholly from the sale of memberships, grants, corporate sponsorships, and private donations.
