Putting Your Garden To Bed

Learn what should be done and what could be done to ready your garden for a Calgary winter.

This illustrated talk will cover seed saving; mulching; improving your soil; pruning; preparing your containers and how to protect your tender shrubs and perennials.

Additionally, you will learn how to plan for four seasons of colour in your garden with special design tips for creating winter appeal.   

You will take away a comprehensive handout.
