About Sue Gaviller

Sue Gaviller is a local Landscape Designer, Instructor, Writer and Speaker.  She has lent her expertise to organizations such as the Calgary Zoo, the Gardener Magazine, the Prairie Gardener, Calgary Horticultural Society and various community groups.

Sue also writes a popular and informative garden blog, sharing her design knowledge (and other tidbits) at When not busy designing, teaching, writing, or lecturing, she can be found trying to "practice what she preaches" in her own garden.

Pre-registration is required for all workshops. All workshops are at the Society’s office (208 – 50 Ave SW), unless otherwise noted.

No Refunds on workshops, unless cancelled by the Society, or if there is a wait list. Space is limited, register early to avoid disappointment.
