Sundial – Legacy Celebration
The Calgary Horticultural Society is spearheading a public art project in the form of a sundial that will be placed within a landscaped meeting area at the Dorothy Harvie Gardens in the Calgary Zoo. This sundial will honour the vision and commitment of Calgary’s first settlers and gardeners.

The creative team at sunsmith design: Nathan Smith (BC) and Rob Dodds (AB) have been selected as the artists to create this commemorative piece of public art.
