Topic: Thriving Vegetables in the Face of Frost, Drought, and Hail - This talk will cover a range of techniques and practices to help produce successful harvests in the face of frost, drought and hail.   The presenters Jerremie & Rita Clyde run Urban Sunflower Market Garden (selling at Hillshurst Sunnyside Farmers Market) and have been growing vegetable crops in some of the harshest conditions the Calgary area has to offer.
